Shipping Information

Most of the handmade pieces you see here are made to order, meaning that the turnaround time can be up to 8 days with an additional 2-3 days domestic tracked postage time. If you are an international customer, please allow shipping time of up to 10 working days to receive your order. If you need to get something shipped faster, let us know! We can advise whether we are able to accommodate you at that time.

We appreciate your patience in advance and hope you find it well worth the wait to fall in love with our goods.

We take care in the packaging of your parcel. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us (enquiries@aolelecreative.com) within 3 days of delivery and we will happily work out a replacement alternative with you.
